Robin Cole, Owner Personal Pilates:

My fascination continued into other mind, body, and spirit modalities leading me to become a certified Reiki Master Practioner and a certified Thai Yoga Massage Practioner.
One of the challenges that I found both in corporate Olga has studied Yoga philosophy, literature, and history extensively - under the guidance and direction of Georg Feuerstein, and notable scholars, Paul Muller-Ortega and Douglas Brooks. She continues to advance her knowledge of Yoga by studying with respected teachers, primarily in the Anusara Yoga® tradition, and most especially with its founder - Master Teacher, John Friend. Olga is a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher at the Experienced Level (E-RYT), and frequently lectures in yoga philosophy and literature for a number of teacher training programs, in addition to practicing and teaching Reiki. She currently serves on the Curriculum Committee for Anusara Yoga®. ____________________________________________

Lou Ann Lacny, Instructor
Certified Pilates Instructor through Peak Pilates

Lou Ann has been teaching Pilates for over 3 years. A former elementary school teacher, she earned her B.S. from Penn State and her M.Ed. from George Mason. She attended her first Pilates class in 2000 and immediately knew that this was different than any other form of exercise she had done. The more she practiced the Pilates method, learned about the life and work of Joseph Pilates and saw the changes in her own body, the more she wanted to train as an instructor and share the classical method with others. In 2004 Lou Ann completed her training and certification with Peak Pilates. In 2006 she co-founded Ashburn's first Pilates studio. Currently she is teaching private lessons in her home studio in Ashburn Village and at Personal Pilates in Lansdowne. Lou Ann believes that everyone can benefit from Pilates exercise, regardless of age or fitness level. She also believes that fitness goals can best be achieved in an environment that is safe, fun and supportive. Lou Ann lives with her husband and three children in Ashburn.
