Anusara Yoga® Now Available
Dr. Olga Rodriguez Rasmussen, D. Min (E-RYT 200)
will be joining Personal Pilates and Yoga. She has been
teaching Yoga since 1997 in Northern Virginia and is
currently the only Certified Anusara Yoga®
Teacher in Loudoun County, VA. Olga holds a
doctorate in spirituality and education and is also
a Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner of
Reconnective Healing®.

The physical poised practiced in a typical yoga class provide a well-rounded mind/body workout using breath and movement to deepen self-awareness, concentration and inner calmness while building tone and strength, increasing flexibility and balance, and improving coordination. Yoga’s inward focus gradually leads to a quieter mind, inner calmness and physical health.
What is Reiki? Reiki is the source of Universal Life Energy. It is also a term used to describe the healing modality that accesses and transmits that energy. Reiki as a healing instrument operates through the concept that there is an unlimited supply of Universal Life Energy available to us to tap into.
