What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises that emphasize controlled movement with correct form, and will engage the mind as well as the body. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and graceful movement. It also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can dramatically change the way your body looks, feels and performs. Benefits of Pilates:
By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal movement and pelvic alignment, and complete concentration on smooth and flowing movement, you become very aware of how your body feels and how to control its movement. Proper breathing helps you execute movements with maximum power and efficiency. It also reduces STRESS!
Pilates:
Pilates Circuit: Students will be guided through a beginner to intermediate workout using the Reformer (a spring-loaded carriage and adjustable rope system which works to develop balance and coordination while strengthening and stretching the entire body), the Mat, and the Tower (equipment modeled after the original Cadillac or Trapeze table. Class size will be limited to six people.
Pricing: $210 - one class per week for 7 week session
$395 - two classes per week for 7 week session

Open Mat: Class structure where students are guided through beginner to intermediate mat exercises to tone, strengthen and energize the entire body. The class will end with either the magic circle series, the arm weight series, or a series of stretches using the thera-bands. This class is open and challenging to all levels.
Pricing: $126 - one class per week for 7 week session
$224 - two classes per week for 7 week session
$20 per class (drop-in)
Adv. Beginner/ Intermediate - Reformer/Tower: We feature studio grade reformer equipment from Peak Pilates upon which students (max. 6) will work on the Reformer / Tower. Students must complete an 8 week session (or two 4 week sessions) of the Pilates Circuit class before joining this class.
Pricing: $210 - one class per week for 7 week session
$395 - two classes per week for 7 week session

Private Session: This is a one-on-one workout tailored to your specific needs under the direct guidance of a Certified Pilates Instructor. Your time will be divided between exercises on the mat, the Reformer, and the Tower apparatus. This is also the best way to just start your training and to get ready for a group class by learning the exercise movements.
Pricing: $70 per private session
$455 - one private per week for 7 week session
Introductory Package - $180 discount package for 3 sessions (expires within on month of purchase)
Duet: Sharing a session with a friend is fun. Your instructor will guide you both through exercises on the mat, reformer and tower apparatus (students must be at similar fitness levels).
Pricing: $40 per class per person
$245 per person - one duet class per week for 7 weeks
Introductory Duet Package - $105 per person - one duet class for 3 weeks
One-on-Ones and Duets are scheduled by appointment.
